Return Policy of Type One

At Type One, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. As our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns. Please read our return policy carefully for more information.
1. Cancelling Orders
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@type-one.nl. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
While we do our best to ensure that every product is shipped in perfect condition, errors may occasionally occur. If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it via email at info@type-one.nl with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or incorrect product
- A description of the issue
Upon receiving your email, we will review the issue and contact you to discuss the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement product or provide a refund.
3. No Returns
Since our products are made especially for you, we currently cannot accept returns. We recommend that you carefully check the size charts and product descriptions before placing an order to ensure that you choose the right product.
