Terms and Conditions of Type One

Welcome to Type One. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Definitions
"Customer": The individual or entity purchasing products from the online store.
"Product": Any goods offered by Type One through the online store.
"Online Store": The online shop accessible via https://www.type-one.nl.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with Type One unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Ordering and Delivery
Order Process: You can place an order through our online store. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within the indicated delivery time. Delivery is made via the shipping service of our choice.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are specified separately during checkout and depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices: All prices listed in the online store include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and Shop Pay.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We will not process the order until the payment has been received.

5. Returns and Cancellations
Return Policy: It is currently not possible to return products. We are working on this and hope to offer returns soon.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Warranty and Complaints
Warranty: We guarantee that our products meet the specifications as stated in the online store and are free from defects. In case of defects, you are entitled to a replacement or repair of the product.
Complaints: Any complaints can be submitted via info@type-one.nl. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Type One is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the products and the online store belong to Type One or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the online store without the written permission of Type One.

9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our privacy policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Governing Law
These terms and all agreements to which they apply are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
