At Type One, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy, where we explain how we handle order processing, shipping times, shipping costs, and Track & Trace information.

1. Processing Time
All Type One products are made to order via our print-on-demand service, Creator Studio. The processing time to create your order is 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and made, it will be shipped. The estimated shipping time is 3 to 4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Total delivery time: The total time from placing your order to receiving your product is 6 to 9 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a standard fee of €5.95. If you place an order of €75 or more, shipping is free.

4. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Methods
We use reliable shipping services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location.

6. International Shipping
Type One currently ships only within the Netherlands. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries and will provide updates once international shipping becomes available.

7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delayed shipping, lost packages, or damaged products, please contact us immediately at info@type-one.nl. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. Type One is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to a mistake you made during checkout. If you notice that you made an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
