Need to return something? No problem.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Both stock items and made-to-order items can be returned as long as they meet our return conditions.
EU right of withdrawal

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. This also applies if you wish to exercise your EU right of withdrawal. You do not need to provide a reason, although you may choose to do so to help us improve.

We review your request and check if it meets our return conditions.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.

Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.

Once received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return conditions

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Sale items are also eligible for return.
  • Both stock items and made-to-order / POD items may be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note Do not send your item back before your return request has been approved. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.
Defective or incorrect item? If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please mention this in the form and include a short explanation. In this case, return shipping costs are not the customer’s responsibility.
