Returns Policy

At Type One, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we aim to keep our returns process clear, fair and straightforward.
This Returns Policy applies to both:
- stock products
- made-to-order / print-on-demand (POD) products
Please read the information below carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped or entered production.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- the reason for cancellation
Once an order has entered production or has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard returns process will apply.
2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will of course make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:
Include the following:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a short explanation of the problem
After reviewing the case, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as:
- a replacement product
- a refund
- or another suitable resolution
If the issue is caused by an error or defect, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
3. Return Conditions
Both stock items and made-to-order / POD items may be returned if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- All original tags must still be attached
- Products must be returned in their original condition
- Sale items are also eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Customers are responsible for ensuring the return is shipped safely and correctly.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.
4. Made-To-Order Products
Many Type One products are made-to-order.
This means your item is only produced after you place your order, helping reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.
Made for you, not the shelves.
Even though these items are produced on demand, they may still be returned under the conditions outlined in this policy.
Returned POD items may be reused by Type One as available stock for future orders with faster delivery times.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the item was defective or incorrect
