Shipping Policy

At Type One, we aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly and transparently as possible. Below you can find more information about our production process, shipping times, delivery costs and tracking information.
1. Made-To-Order Production
Most Type One products are made-to-order.
This means your item is only put into production once you place your order. Instead of producing large amounts of stock in advance, we create products on demand to help reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.
In other words:
Made for you, not the shelves.
To produce and fulfil these items, we work together with our production partner PodPartner.
Production time usually takes 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your address.
Estimated shipping time:
- Netherlands: 4–5 business days
Estimated total delivery time:
- 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays or due to carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Standard shipping: €5.95
- Free shipping on orders over €100
Any applicable shipping costs will always be shown during checkout before payment.
4. Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a Track & Trace code.
This allows you to follow your package and monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
The carrier used may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
6. International Shipping
At this moment, Type One only ships within the Netherlands.
We are actively working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Updates regarding international shipping availability will be shared through our website and social channels.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:

- damaged products

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Type One cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address due to customer input errors.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will try to update the address before the order is processed.
